Cleanroom HVAC Units include filtered supply fan boxes, exhaust fan boxes, recirculating air purifiers and local dust collectors. A supply or exhaust unit moves air through a planned system; a recirculating purifier treats room air; a dust collector serves the extraction point for a dust-producing task.

Select the air route before the unit. Required airflow, connected duct resistance, filter arrangement and maintenance access determine the useful configuration. Dust extraction needs the intake positioned at the process rather than relying on general room circulation.
