Single-Unit Cartridge Dust Collector captures dry process dust on cartridge filters inside an enclosed extraction cabinet. Its pulse-cleaning system releases dust from the media so the collection surfaces can be reused through the operating cycle.
An air reservoir and solenoid valves deliver the cleaning pulses. This configuration is useful where the process calls for pulse cleaning and the site has a suitable compressed-air supply.

MODEL DIFFERENCES
The smallest cartridge cabinet fits a compact local extraction arrangement and uses the listed single operating duty.
The taller cabinet keeps the small inlet and outlet arrangement while providing its own airflow/pressure range.
The outlet becomes larger even though the inlet stays at 200 mm; coordinate both sides of the unit with the duct route.
This version moves to a 250 mm inlet and larger cabinet, so it suits a different connection layout from the smaller units.
The 300 mm inlet and enlarged outlet accommodate a wider branch; select the working point within the listed range.
Compared with the 3 kW version, the footprint and connections remain the same but height and pressure duty differ.
The 350 mm inlet and larger enclosure require extra installation space and room to service the pulse-cleaning equipment.
The inlet remains 350 mm while the cabinet and operating range increase; choose this only where the process duty calls for that combination.
The larger 500 mm inlet and cabinet footprint are intended for a different duct scale from the intermediate units.
This is the tallest unit in the table, sharing the large inlet with the 11 kW version but requiring selection against its separate flow/pressure range.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Access through the cabinet allows the filter assemblies to be inspected and replaced without dismantling the connected extraction route.
Short bursts from the air reservoir dislodge the collected layer; reliable air supply and valve operation are part of routine upkeep.
APPLICATIONS
Collect compatible dry dust through a connected pickup hood or machine port before it disperses into the room.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Match the dust characteristics, airflow and pressure duty together with the pulse-air supply and collection method.
Allow clearance for cartridge removal, valves and dust collection when positioning the cabinet.
