Anti-Static Steel Raised Access Floor creates a space for power and data cabling beneath removable panels. Adjustable pedestals and stringers support the working surface, so selected panels can be lifted for cable inspection, maintenance or layout changes without breaking up the floor.

Steel skins enclose a high-strength foamed-cement core, with a formed underside that stiffens the panel. Anti-static surface options and conductive PVC edge strips support static control when the floor is installed with the appropriate bonding and grounding system.

ACCESS AND SUPPORT

A floor that can adapt to equipment changes

Lift-out access

Individual panels can be removed and refitted to reach services below, simplifying maintenance and cable alterations.

Adjustable support height

Pedestals establish the finished level and service space, while stringers support the panel edges.

Reinforced steel construction

The formed steel underside and cement-filled core work together to stiffen the panel under load.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS

For rooms with changing cable and equipment layouts

01

Computer and equipment rooms

Route power and data services below the floor while retaining access for installation and maintenance.

02

Control rooms

Keep cabling for consoles and monitoring equipment beneath a removable working floor.

03

Electronics workshops

Combine service access with an anti-static surface in work areas using a coordinated grounding and personnel static-control system.

04

Offices and commercial buildings

Allow workstation wiring to be accessed and rearranged as desks, partitions and occupancy change.

SYSTEM SELECTION

Match the complete floor to its working load

Equipment and traffic loads

Choose the panel grade and support system for equipment contact points, distributed loads and movement routes.

Height and perimeter details

Plan the service space, thresholds and cut panels together; support cut edges so the finished floor remains stable.

Finish and electrical continuity

Select the facing for traffic and cleaning needs, and coordinate conductive edges, metal supports and earth bonding with the room's static-control design.
