Ceiling Suspension Turnbuckle changes the effective length of a suspension connection so an installed support can be aligned. Rotating the threaded body draws the end fittings together or moves them apart, allowing controlled adjustment without replacing the complete hanger.

It is useful during levelling of suspended framing where small differences in fixing height would otherwise leave the run uneven.
