Laboratory Ultrapure Water System – ST-LPW31 Series adds ultrafiltration and an endotoxin requirement to the floor-standing laboratory water arrangement. It supports preparation needing attention to larger biological contaminants as well as dissolved ions.
The 5,000 Da UF cut-off is the functional difference to compare with the basic tall-cabinet configuration. Three output capacities then match production to consumption; the listed housing size is unchanged across those output choices.
MODELS AND DIMENSIONS
| Model | Production rate |
|---|---|
| ST-LPW31-040 | 40 L/h at 25°C |
| ST-LPW31-060 | 60 L/h at 25°C |
| ST-LPW31-100 | 100 L/h at 25°C |
Production-rate ratings are stated at the temperature shown in the table.
MODEL DIFFERENCES
The 40 L/h option combines the lowest production rate with the series ultrafiltration treatment for a measured lower-volume preparation schedule.
The 60 L/h model adds recovery capacity when successive batches leave the 40 L/h option insufficient replenishment time.
The 100 L/h configuration is the highest-output choice for sustained demand; its 5000 Dalton ultrafiltration specification remains the same as the smaller versions.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Ultrafiltration provides the additional molecular separation stage associated with this configuration.
The separate cabinet gives staff a dedicated collection location without occupying the main preparation bench.
APPLICATIONS
Use for preparation methods whose full endotoxin and water-quality requirements match this configuration.
SYSTEM SELECTION
Use the specified endotoxin criterion and UF treatment to assess the biological-contaminant needs of the reagent procedure.
Choose the production model for the collection schedule and leave room to access the filtration stages at the dedicated floor-standing water point.
