Handmade Silica Rock Sandwich Panel encloses a silica rock core between metal faces with framed edges for room walls and supported ceilings. The core backs the skins and reduces heat transfer through each module, while the exposed metal surface provides a finished lining for regular cleaning.
A grooved perimeter frame defines the edge of each panel and connects it to adjoining modules and room components. Coordinating these frames around doors, windows and ceiling openings keeps the granular core enclosed and provides finished junctions for sealing.
