PVC High-Speed Door Cargo Air Shower removes loose surface dust from palletized goods before they enter clean production, helping reduce the particles carried from storage and receiving areas toward unpacking and assembly. Filtered air jets act on exposed load surfaces, adding a dust-removal step at the material entrance without taking the goods off their pallet.
The PVC high-speed door rolls upward to keep the approach clear for pallet movement, while electronic interlocking prevents the entry and exit doors from opening together. Sensor, manual or AGV initiation lets the shower cycle fit the handling route. Voice prompts and sensor-activated LED lighting support use of the chamber.

Size the passage for the full loaded pallet
Load and vehicle envelope
Check the load overhang and overall height as well as the pallet footprint, including the handling vehicle and its turning approach.
Surfaces exposed to the jets
Arrange loads so the surfaces needing dust removal are exposed; air blowing acts on exterior surfaces and cannot clean inside closed packaging.
AGV sequence and maintenance
Coordinate the start signal and door sequence with the AGV route, and retain access for filter servicing.

Pallet clearance and starting the cycle
Does pallet size alone determine whether a load will fit?
No. The complete load and handling vehicle need adequate width, height and approach clearance; the pallet footprint is only one part of that check.
Can it be used on an AGV route?
AGV initiation is included. The vehicle, load clearance and start-signal connection need to be coordinated with the site material-transfer sequence.
