Central Ultrapure Water System – ST-LPW32 Series combines pretreatment, reverse osmosis, EDI polishing, storage and variable-frequency loop distribution. It supplies multiple points from one monitored water plant and reduces the need for separate bench-top units.
Available production rates cover 200–2,000 L/h. The selected polishing configuration determines whether the loop supplies 15–18 MΩ·cm or 18.2 MΩ·cm water at 25°C.

MODEL DIFFERENCES
This configuration provides 15–18 MΩ·cm water with TOC ≤20 ppb. It is the option for methods whose ionic and organic-water requirements fit that combination.
This version raises resistivity to 18.2 MΩ·cm and lowers the TOC limit to ≤10 ppb, addressing methods requiring tighter control of both ionic and organic background.
PROCESS AND CONTROL
RO reduces the dissolved load before continuous EDI polishing.
Variable-frequency circulation keeps water moving through a multi-point building loop.
PLC monitoring displays water quality, flow, pressure and tank level and stores operating records.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS
Feeds several laboratories from a central plant with monitored distribution.
Provides the selected ultrapure grade for analytical and life-science preparation.
Supports compatible biochemistry and instrument-water points from a shared system.
SYSTEM SELECTION
Compare the two final-water configurations with the most sensitive connected task, including organic background as well as ionic quality.
Size production, storage and circulation for simultaneous draws across the facility, including the distance to the most remote use point.
