Automatic Sliding Door Cargo Air Shower blows loose dust from the outside of palletized loads before they reach clean production. Treating exposed surfaces at the entrance helps keep particles collected during storage and handling away from open components and clean packing work.
Powered door leaves move sideways, so operators can guide loads through without opening heavy doors by hand. Electronic interlocking keeps the two ends from opening together, making dust removal a controlled step between the receiving area and production.

Door movement and surface treatment
How do the doors move?
The powered leaves slide sideways, keeping a swinging door leaf out of the loading approach; their travel area must remain clear.
What surfaces does the air shower treat?
It acts on exposed outer surfaces of the load. Dust inside closed packaging is not reached by the air jets.
