Photovoltaic Ultrapure Water System – ST-LPW47 Series supplies RO and EDI-treated water for photovoltaic and related silicon-cleaning operations. It helps limit ionic carryover into rinsing while allowing final polishing to follow the actual manufacturing step.
The selected 15–18 MΩ·cm treatment range differs from configurations built around a fixed higher-resistivity point-of-use value. Matching the water grade and volume to each rinse avoids selecting a larger plant on purity terminology alone.
