Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Pass Box transfers compatible materials through an enclosed decontamination cycle before collection in the receiving room. Electronic interlocking separates loading, treatment and unloading so a material handover does not create an open passage through the partition.
The chamber combines monitored hydrogen peroxide treatment with filtered vertical airflow and residual-vapor decomposition. Its display and alarms make cycle progress and abnormal conditions visible to the operator.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Concentration monitoring and adjustable cycle time support the defined treatment sequence for the prepared load.
Automatic decomposition provides a separate step between treatment and collection.
The stainless steel work chamber provides an accessible surface for cleaning between loads.
APPLICATIONS
Introduce suitable tools and materials through the established decontamination procedure before controlled production.
Use an enclosed cycle for compatible materials moving between designated laboratory zones.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Arrange packaging and items so the treatment can reach the required surfaces, and use the cycle established for that load.
Custom chamber size must include loading clearance, service access and the required compressed-air and electrical connections.
