Laminar Flow Pass Box moves small items between cleanrooms or from an adjoining non-clean area into a clean area, reducing personnel-door openings. Laminar filtered airflow cleans the chamber air, while electronic interlocking separates access from each side.
A gel-seal high-efficiency filter and return-air grille support chamber circulation. UV treatment supports the transfer hygiene procedure, and PAO ports provide access for filter integrity checks.

What are the PAO ports for?
They provide access for aerosol-based filter integrity testing during commissioning and maintenance.
Does UV replace item cleaning?
No. Items still follow the required cleaning procedure; UV treatment depends on exposure and the load.
Does the pass box maintain room pressure by itself?
No. Interlocked access limits direct air exchange; room pressure also depends on the ventilation system.
