All-Steel Vertical Laminar Flow Clean Bench supplies filtered air from above the workspace to reduce airborne particles settling onto exposed materials during preparation, inspection and assembly. Overhead filtration leaves the rear working depth available for tools and containers.
Its steel construction provides a cleanable enclosure for repeated production use. Arrange tall items so they do not interrupt the downward air reaching the work below.

MODEL DIFFERENCES
The smallest working length fits compact parts preparation on a suitable existing bench.
The wider benchtop format makes room for a broader layout while retaining the same listed working depth.
This format provides a dedicated single-operator station rather than requiring a supporting bench.
The deeper and wider work area allows more separation between containers and tools.
Opposing access changes how work is passed across the bench within the site’s clean-handling method.
The longer work area provides the listed two-operator format with a shallow working depth.
The widest single-sided format gives more room for two operators and their apparatus.
The wide workspace adds opposing access for a different operator and transfer arrangement.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Overhead delivery brings clean air directly to the working zone; keep hands and apparatus from covering exposed materials.
Cold-rolled steel panels with a powder-coated finish increase frame strength and stiffness.
Single-sided models suit work along a wall; double-sided versions allow access from opposite sides.
APPLICATIONS
Provide filtered air over vessels during non-hazardous plant tissue transfer and media handling.
Protect non-hazardous samples during clean preparation and aseptic manipulation.
Reduce airborne contamination during non-hazardous formulation and sample preparation.
Keep airborne particles away from exposed components during assembly and inspection.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Select single-, two- or three-person capacity for the work layout; compact VD units fit a suitable supporting bench.
Arrange equipment so the downward supply reaches the critical work without being blocked.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
It protects the work from airborne contamination. Use it for non-hazardous materials; it does not provide personnel protection or replace a biosafety cabinet or chemical fume hood.
Use UV treatment only when the bench is unoccupied, with eyes and skin protected from exposure. Switch the UV lamp off before working; UV treatment does not replace surface cleaning.
