Wall-Mounted Ozone Generator produces ozone for planned disinfection and odour treatment in vacant food-processing and packaging rooms. The gas moves with room air and oxidises susceptible microorganisms and odour compounds, adding a treatment step after cleaning without spraying liquid disinfectant.

A programmable time switch repeats scheduled start and stop periods, reducing the need for daily manual switching. Wall mounting keeps floors and work surfaces clear, while the 304 stainless steel housing provides a durable, cleanable enclosure for production environments.

MODELS AND DIMENSIONS

Ozone output options

All seven options use a 304 stainless steel housing and programmable timing control.
Ozone output (g/h)Control
5Automatic daily start/stop
10Automatic daily start/stop
15Automatic daily start/stop
20Automatic daily start/stop
30Automatic daily start/stop
40Automatic daily start/stop
50Automatic daily start/stop

Match output to room volume, air movement and the required contact time; establish the cycle using measured ozone concentration in the treatment area.

FIXED ROOM TREATMENT

Keep treatment ready for the next production break

Clear floors and worktops

Permanent wall mounting keeps the unit outside floor-cleaning routes and leaves working surfaces available for production.

Repeatable daily scheduling

The timer starts and stops generation at programmed times, helping fit treatment into regular room closures.

Gas contact around exposed areas

Ozone spreads with circulating air into accessible gaps; arrange the room for distribution and set contact time for the target organisms.

Durable stainless steel housing

The protective finish resists corrosion and soiling, helping the cabinet withstand routine use and remain easy to clean.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS

Food-facility rooms that can be vacated for treatment

01

Food-processing workshops

Schedule environmental disinfection after cleaning and between production runs to address microbial contamination and residual odours.

02

Packaging rooms

Include an ozone cycle in the room's mould-control procedure during downtime, alongside cleaning and moisture control.

03

Food storage rooms

Consider fixed room treatment during planned closures where stored materials, packaging and fittings are compatible with ozone exposure.

INSTALLATION AND CYCLE PLANNING

Position the unit for circulation and service access

Wall position

Use a suitable supporting wall, leave the grilles unobstructed and keep the timer and side power switch accessible for servicing.

Room and process conditions

Check room height, air exchange, contents and target organisms when sizing the unit; ammonia or formaldehyde treatment needs a separately designed process for the actual contaminant load.

OPERATING CONDITIONS

Run scheduled cycles only in an isolated, vacant area

During generation

Keep people, animals and plants out, and prevent ozone reaching occupied adjoining rooms. Ozone can injure the lungs and damage sensitive materials.

Before the next shift

Stop generation, ventilate or remove residual ozone, and measure the concentration before reopening; a completed timer cycle or absence of smell does not establish safe entry.
