Food and Beverage Pure Water System – ST-LPW54 Series prepares ingredient and process water for food and beverage production using pretreatment, RO and UV. It helps control variation in the incoming water that can affect flavour, appearance or the consistency of a prepared batch.
Pretreatment reduces the load entering RO, and UV provides a further treatment step in the selected arrangement. Hygienic storage and delivery are considered with the production rate so treated water remains suitable as it moves to mixing or rinsing points.
