Water for Injection Generation System – ST-LPW36 Series prepares purified water, then uses multi-effect distillation where water for injection is required. Storage, circulation and sanitization are designed to control microbial growth, endotoxin and recontamination between generation and use points.

The 316L distribution loop uses electropolished internal surfaces, sanitary diaphragm valves and steam sanitization. PLC control records water quality, pressure, flow and maintenance events.

PROCESS AND CONTROL

How this system solves the water-supply task

Separate generation stages

RO and optional EDI produce purified water before the distillation stage generates WFI.

Drainable sanitary loop

Sloped 316L piping, diaphragm valves and controlled dead legs reduce retention points.

Coordinated sanitization

Steam, UV and pasteurization functions are selected for the generation, storage and distribution sections.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS

Where this configuration is used

01

Parenteral production

Provides water for compatible injectable-product and large-volume parenteral processes.

02

Biopharmaceutical processing

Supports WFI-dependent formulation, rinsing and sterile utility tasks.

03

Medical-device production

Provides purified water or WFI for validated rinsing and process use according to the selected train.

SYSTEM SELECTION

Coordinate generation and hygienic delivery

Production requirement

Define the required WFI demand and purified feed before sizing the distillation, storage and return arrangement.

Installation detail

Plan steam services, drainability, valve access and sampling with the selected loop layout so the system can be operated and maintained as a complete assembly.
