Haemodialysis Water Treatment System – ST-LPW40 Series uses pretreatment, reverse osmosis and a recirculating distribution loop to supply dialysis machines. Continuous monitoring of conductivity, temperature, pressure and flow helps the operator detect changes that could affect treatment water.
Automatic standby flushing and configurable chemical or hot-water cleaning control microbial and endotoxin risk in the RO unit and loop. Capacity and redundancy are engineered around the number of dialysis stations.
PROCESS AND CONTROL
Pretreatment and RO remove hardness, chlorine, dissolved solids and microorganisms before distribution.
A low-dead-leg loop and standby flushing limit stagnation between treatment sessions.
Recorded pressure, temperature, flow and conductivity trends support rapid response to abnormal conditions.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS
Supplies water to multiple dialysis stations through a monitored circulation loop.
Provides project-sized dialysis water where treatment stations operate within critical-care areas.
A modular design allows capacity and redundancy to be matched to the current and planned bed count.
SYSTEM SELECTION
Plan treatment capacity, loop route and backup provision around the number of operating dialysis stations and the facility’s expansion needs.
Include sampling access, treatment-stage servicing and a compatible disinfection programme in the procurement scope for the complete water and distribution system.
