Laboratory Ultrapure Water System – ST-LPW01 Series provides both RO and ultrapure water from a floor-standing laboratory unit, keeping routine water collection and more sensitive preparation at one supply point.
The three output models increase storage alongside production rate. This matters when several users draw water in a short period: the tank handles the immediate draw, while production capacity determines how quickly that reserve is replenished.
MODELS AND DIMENSIONS
| Model | Production rate | Storage tank |
|---|---|---|
| ST-LPW01-040 | 40 L/h at 25°C | ≥40 L moulded hygienic water tank |
| ST-LPW01-060 | 60 L/h at 25°C | ≥60 L moulded hygienic water tank |
| ST-LPW01-100 | 100 L/h at 25°C | ≥100 L moulded hygienic water tank |
Production-rate ratings are stated at the temperature shown in the table.
MODEL DIFFERENCES
The 40 L/h version pairs the lowest production rate with a tank of at least 40 L, for separated preparation batches with time to replenish between draws.
At 60 L/h, both replenishment and the minimum tank capacity rise to 60 L, giving more reserve for a longer preparation session.
The 100 L/h configuration includes a tank of at least 100 L; this is the option to assess when larger batch draws and sustained consumption occur together.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The separate RO and UP dispensing rates allow routine collection and higher-purity preparation to be planned independently.
The specified TOC and endotoxin limits address contaminants that a resistivity reading alone does not describe.
APPLICATIONS
Match the organic and ionic limits to the method to reduce unwanted background introduced with preparation water.
SYSTEM SELECTION
Choose the matched production and hygienic-tank configuration around the largest collection batch and how soon the next user needs water.
Assign routine rinsing and sensitive preparation to their required outlet qualities, then allow floor space for the cabinet and tank access.
