Rubber Vibration Isolator places a resilient element between equipment and its support. The rubber deforms under movement, interrupting the rigid path that would otherwise transmit vibration into a frame, bench or building fixing.
Studs, threaded inserts or bolt-hole fittings connect the mount to the base. The right arrangement depends on the machine's weight distribution and operating vibration, not only the outside diameter of the mount.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The rubber element separates two rigid surfaces and accommodates small relative movement.
Different connection styles allow the mount to fit a compatible equipment base.
APPLICATIONS
Reduce direct vibration transmission through a correctly selected support arrangement.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Account for the load on each mount and how it changes during operation.
Rigid pipes or other connections can bypass the isolator, so the whole installation needs to accommodate the intended movement.
