Electronics Ultrapure Water System – ST-LPW43 Series uses RO, EDI and mixed-bed polishing to reduce the dissolved-ion load in electronics process water. The staged arrangement removes most salts first, then polishes the remaining ionic background before the water enters the process.
Continuous EDI and final resin polishing perform different roles. Storage, return piping and the point of use remain part of the water-quality arrangement because purified water can pick up contamination after treatment.
