Laboratory Ultrapure Water System – ST-LPW24 Series adds a dual-wavelength UV stage to a compact RO and ultrapure-water arrangement. It supports laboratory preparation that needs a defined ionic condition together with treatment directed at microbial and organic contamination.
This version retains the compact housing and 5 gal pressure-tank arrangement while listing 185/254 nm UV treatment. The TOC requirement remains the value in the table; the presence of a UV stage alone should not be treated as a different numerical water-quality grade.

MODEL DIFFERENCES
At 5 L/h, the entry model serves occasional small preparations using the series dual-wavelength UV treatment and standard 5 gal pressure tank.
The 10 L/h version adds recovery capacity for small draws repeated more frequently during the working day.
The 20 L/h choice doubles that output for a steadier sequence of reagent preparation tasks.
The 40 L/h model provides a larger production step for batches drawn close together; UV treatment remains common to the series.
The 60 L/h option improves replenishment during a longer preparation session, without increasing the standard tank size.
The 100 L/h model is the maximum-output version; optional tank sizes can be considered separately when the concern is a large single draw.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The UV stage has a different role from membrane separation and deionization, addressing susceptible organisms and organic compounds.
The external pressure tank supports collection peaks without requiring a tall main unit.
APPLICATIONS
Match the organic and ionic limits to the method to reduce unwanted background introduced with preparation water.
SYSTEM SELECTION
Choose this UV-equipped configuration where the laboratory procedure calls for that treatment stage, while assessing water quality from the separate ionic and TOC values.
Plan a position for the external pressure tank and access to the UV and other treatment stages, then size production around repeated collections.
