Ceiling-Mounted Air Purifier recirculates room air through two-stage filtration without occupying a floor position. An internal fan draws air through the filters and returns it through the face grille, providing supplemental particle filtration above the working area.
Three airflow sizes support different room volumes. Overall dimensions, ceiling opening and high-efficiency filter size are matched for each model so the ceiling structure and maintenance access can be planned together.
MODELS AND DIMENSIONS
| ST model | Recommended room volume | Rated airflow | Overall dimensions | Ceiling opening | High-efficiency filter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ST-CAP-600 | 15 m³ | 600 m³/h | 600 × 600 × 450 mm | 550 × 550 mm | 484 × 484 × 120 mm |
| ST-CAP-800 | 20 m³ | 800 m³/h | 710 × 710 × 450 mm | 650 × 650 mm | 600 × 600 × 120 mm |

Use the room-volume figures as a selection reference. Final quantity depends on the airborne load, background ventilation, room layout and required operating result.
MODEL DIFFERENCES
The 600 m³/h unit uses a 550 × 550 mm opening and a 600 × 600 × 450 mm enclosure, with a listed 15 m³ room-volume reference.
The 800 m³/h unit increases the opening to 650 × 650 mm and enclosure to 710 × 710 × 450 mm, with a 20 m³ room-volume reference.
The 1000 m³/h unit uses an 850 × 650 mm opening and a 920 × 710 × 450 mm enclosure, with a 30 m³ room-volume reference. Its wider filter and ceiling footprint need matching service space.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS
Add recirculating filtration where floor space is limited and the room needs supplemental particle removal.
Reduce recirculated airborne particles around compatible assembly and inspection zones.
Filter room air in preparation or support areas where the ceiling can provide installation and service access.
Provide supplemental filtered recirculation where the room ventilation design permits a ceiling-mounted unit.
PRACTICAL BENEFITS
The recessed installation leaves walls and floors available for production equipment and movement.
The internal fan repeatedly passes room air through the filter stages instead of relying on a freestanding purifier.
Matched cabinet, opening and filter dimensions make it easier to plan framing and future filter replacement.
CHOOSING A MODEL
Start with room volume, then consider occupancy, process particle load and the existing ventilation before selecting airflow and quantity.
Confirm the ceiling opening, structure above the ceiling and access needed to replace the high-efficiency filter.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
No. It is a model-selection reference. The achieved room condition also depends on the process load, background HVAC, layout, leakage and operating controls.
No. It recirculates and filters room air; required fresh air, pressure control, temperature and humidity remain part of the room ventilation design.
