Laboratory Ultrapure Water System – ST-LPW29 Series provides a monitored floor-standing source of RO and ultrapure water for laboratory preparation. It is useful where staff make repeated collections and want the water production equipment off the main working bench.
The listed microbial and particle criteria accompany the final resistivity value. Three output options address replenishment for different daily demand, with a common cabinet layout and dispensing-rate specification across the series.
MODELS AND DIMENSIONS
| Model | Production rate | Storage tank |
|---|---|---|
| ST-LPW29-040 | 40 L/h at 25°C | supplied with 11 gal pressure tank |
| ST-LPW29-060 | 60 L/h at 25°C | supplied with 17 gal pressure tank |
| ST-LPW29-100 | 100 L/h at 25°C | supplied with 28 gal pressure tank |
Production-rate ratings are stated at the temperature shown in the table.
MODEL DIFFERENCES
The 40 L/h configuration uses an 11 gal pressure tank for lower-volume qualitative and quantitative preparation.
The 60 L/h model includes a 17 gal tank, adding both recovery capacity and a larger stored-water buffer for grouped preparations.
The 100 L/h version has a 28 gal tank for the largest recurring preparation demand; the analytical water-quality specification remains common to the series.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
A separate floor position frees the working surface for preparation and instruments.
Ionic condition, particle level and microbial level must each fit the task; one is not a substitute for the others.
APPLICATIONS
Place a monitored water point near repeated preparation and rinsing tasks, with each outlet selected for the task’s required water quality.
SYSTEM SELECTION
Match final ionic, microbial and particle criteria to the laboratory tasks using this water point.
Choose the output and paired tank around the peak collection batch, with the floor-standing cabinet reachable for filling and routine treatment-stage service.
