Machine-Made Glass-Magnesium Sandwich Panel uses glass-magnesium board layers to support the metal faces of interior partitions and supported ceiling infill. The core's internal ribs and channels provide support without filling the entire section with solid material, while the metal faces form the room's cleanable surface.

Interlocking profiles connect neighbouring sections into wall and ceiling runs. Closures and sealed trims cover the channels at panel ends and service openings, keeping the core enclosed through the room junctions.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS

Wall partitions and supported ceiling infill

01

Controlled workrooms

Enclose electronics, preparation and laboratory workspaces with cleanable metal faces and sealed panel junctions.

02

Corridors and ceiling infill

Complete circulation partitions and supported ceilings, closing core channels wherever panels end or service openings are cut.

PRACTICAL BENEFITS

Support the faces and close the room boundary

Support through the board layers

The glass-magnesium layers and internal ribs support the panel faces without a fully solid-filled section.

Connected edges and enclosed channels

Interlocking profiles join adjoining sections; closures finish wall ends and penetrations so the core remains covered.

Fixings planned before installation

Locating attached equipment early makes it possible to include reinforcement or separate supports where needed.

CHOOSING THE ASSEMBLY

Coordinate the joints and fixing points

Wall-mounted equipment

Identify cabinet and service loads before choosing their supports.

Interlocking joints and end closures

Coordinate panel profiles, sealed closures and adjoining frames at wall ends, ceiling junctions and penetrations.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Glass-magnesium panel questions

Can cabinets be fixed anywhere on the panel?

Each cabinet needs a suitable fixing, reinforcement or independent support at its planned position.

How do adjoining panels connect?

Interlocking edge profiles connect neighbouring sections. Close exposed core channels and seal the junctions around openings and room edges.
