Handmade Glass-Magnesium Rock Wool Sandwich Panel encloses glass-magnesium board layers and rock wool within metal faces and a profiled perimeter frame. The mineral boards back the faces, while the rock wool provides insulation for room partitions and ceiling systems.

The frame provides defined joining edges around each panel. Flat faces and straight, burr-free cuts help adjoining panels form an even enclosure surface that can be wiped during routine cleaning.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS

Build the room enclosure

01

ISO Class 4–8 cleanroom partitions

Assemble framed panels into room walls, coordinating sealed joints with doors, windows and service penetrations.

02

Cleanroom ceilings

Use the composite panels as insulated ceiling infill within the planned support and suspension system.

PRACTICAL BENEFITS

What the construction helps solve

Frame connections at the panel boundary

The perimeter profile provides defined interfaces for adjacent panels and surrounding opening frames.

Supported faces with mineral insulation

Glass-magnesium boards back the metal skins; rock wool limits heat transfer within the composite module.

Even finishes at the junctions

Flat faces and straight, burr-free cuts help adjoining panels meet as a continuous surface for routine cleaning.

SELECTION GUIDE

Choose the assembly for the room

Interfaces to doors and glazing

Coordinate the frame with H-sections or tongue-and-groove connections and the adjoining door or window sections.

Insulated ceiling infill

Lay out framed ceiling modules around supports and service openings, with separate support for equipment loads.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Product questions

Does it use the same core as the machine-made version?

Yes. Both combine rock wool and glass-magnesium board. This handmade version uses a prefabricated perimeter frame and a different edge assembly.

Are the panel faces and cuts finished?

The finish requirements are flat faces without obvious unevenness and straight cut edges without burrs.
