Overhead Door Closer controls the return of a hinged door after a person releases it. It helps prevent a routinely used opening from remaining ajar and slows the leaf through its closing movement.

The surface-mounted body and connecting arm remain accessible for installation and adjustment. The non-hold-open arrangement returns the leaf rather than retaining it at an open position.
