Handmade PUR/PIR Sandwich Panel encloses a PUR or PIR foam core within metal faces and a profiled perimeter frame for insulated wall and ceiling modules. They form cleanroom partitions and ceiling infill with a smooth surface for routine cleaning and insulation to limit heat transfer between spaces.

Framed edges provide defined connections at adjoining panels, corners and openings, helping the wall and ceiling components fit into one enclosure.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS

Cleanroom walls and ceilings

01

ISO Class 4–8 cleanroom partitions

Form prefabricated room enclosures with smooth faces and framed connections around doors, corners and service openings.

02

Cleanroom ceiling infill

Complete the insulated enclosure above the room with framed infill panels matched to the ceiling support layout.

PRACTICAL BENEFITS

What the construction helps solve

A defined connection around each module

Perimeter framing provides joining edges where panels meet doors, corners and surrounding frames.

Insulation retained inside the panel

The metal skins cover the PUR or PIR core, combining the finished surface and thermal separation.

Openings planned with the frame

Coordinating doors and glazing with the modules helps the enclosure components meet at their intended interfaces.

SELECTION GUIDE

Choose the assembly for the room

Panel frame and adjoining components

Match perimeter profiles to doors, viewing windows and service openings before scheduling the panels.

Overhead supports

Coordinate infill modules with the ceiling grid, lighting and filters, using separate supports for equipment.
