Machine-Made PUR/PIR Sandwich Panel combines a rigid PUR or PIR foam core with metal faces to provide insulated cleanroom wall partitions without separate lining and insulation layers. They provide insulation and a wipeable surface in one component, forming cleanroom wall partitions without a separate lining and insulation layer.
Interlocking edge profiles connect adjoining panels along the wall. Matching edge trims and sealed joints complete the surface at corners, doors and service openings.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS
Build continuous, insulated partitions in controlled production, testing and packing spaces with cleanable faces and sealed joints.
PRACTICAL BENEFITS
Metal skins provide the wipeable interior while the foam core limits heat transfer through the enclosure.
Interlocking edge profiles connect adjacent sections and provide a defined joint for sealing.
PUR and PIR options let the core selection follow the project requirements without changing the machine-made panel format.
SELECTION GUIDE
Match the facing and coating to the cleaning procedure and process exposure.
Plan interlocking joints and end closures around doors, windows and service openings so insulation stays enclosed at the wall junctions.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
PUR is polyurethane; PIR is polyisocyanurate. Both are rigid foam-core options for this panel.
This version uses interlocking edge profiles; the handmade version uses a prefabricated grooved perimeter frame.
