Aluminum Grating Raised Floor Panel is used where a perforated panel does not provide enough open area. Its grating structure allows up to 55% airflow for supply or return-air zones while remaining interchangeable with matching solid and perforated floor modules.
The panel is used without a bonded top covering. Conductive epoxy or nickel-chromium coating can be specified to improve surface protection; an optional damper varies flow from closed to the panel's fixed maximum.

HIGH-VOLUME FLOOR AIRFLOW
The grating structure reduces resistance where the air-distribution design needs a larger floor opening.
A damper can reduce flow below the panel's fixed capacity and helps balance individual floor zones.
Conductive epoxy supports electrical continuity, while nickel-chromium coating improves wear and corrosion resistance.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS
Provides a large supply or return-air opening near process tools and other concentrated thermal zones.
Supports high-volume floor airflow where equipment layout creates uneven heat or air-distribution demand.
Can serve planned high-airflow floor zones when the room design accepts the grating opening and selected coating.
Allows a high-open-area panel to be integrated with removable solid and perforated floor sections.
GRATING SELECTION
Choose the fixed open area and damper range from the required supply or return volume at each location.
Specify conductive epoxy where electrical continuity is needed or nickel-chromium where wear and corrosion protection is the priority.
Match the load grade and support layout to equipment, carts and other concentrated traffic over the grating panel.
