The insulated curtain reduces heat transfer across the closed entrance, while the recessed rubber seal limits air movement through perimeter gaps. This helps maintain the cold-store temperature and reduces the extra refrigeration demand caused by a poorly insulated or leaking doorway.
The curtain rolls upward to clear the passage for goods and trolleys. It provides a closable thermal boundary where shelving, nearby equipment or a confined approach leave little space for a swinging leaf or a panel sliding along the wall.
