Built-In Ozone Generator supplies ozone for planned disinfection and odour treatment in vacant workshops and cleanrooms. In an air-handling installation, circulating air distributes the gas through the designated treatment zone, where oxidation acts on susceptible microorganisms and odour compounds after routine cleaning.
The split design separates the generator from its control unit, allowing the controls to remain accessible at the installation. Scheduled start and stop reduce manual switching, while independently replaceable ozone, power and control modules simplify servicing.

SPLIT DESIGN AND MODULAR SERVICE
Separate generator and control assemblies allow installation around the available equipment space while keeping the timer and meters accessible.
Programme disinfection periods around production downtime to reduce repeated manual switching and unnecessary operation.
The ozone module, power supply and controller can be changed independently, simplifying repairs without replacing the complete assembly.
A designed circulation path brings ozone to the treatment zone without hand-spraying each exposed area; airflow and gas concentration determine contact.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTS
Add a controlled room-treatment step after cleaning and between production runs to address microbial contamination and residual odours.
Integrate scheduled ozone cycles into a vacant production zone's disinfection procedure, with equipment and materials assessed for ozone compatibility.
Use a fixed treatment installation for recurring shutdown-period disinfection without moving a generator between production areas.
Use a suitably configured ozone system for water disinfection or selected contaminant treatment, with gas contacting, reaction control and residual-gas management matched to the process.
SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Choose the generator position and circulation route with the air-handling layout; provide service access and coordinate fan operation, dampers and ozone generation for the treatment zone.
Water disinfection needs an ozone-compatible gas-to-water contact system; ammonia, formaldehyde and chlorine treatment need a process designed for the actual medium and contaminant load.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Exclude people, animals and plants, prevent ozone reaching occupied connected rooms, and protect ozone-sensitive materials. Ozone inhalation can injure the lungs.
Stop generation, ventilate or remove residual ozone, and verify the concentration before re-entry. The treatment-cycle duration is not the room's re-entry time.
