Product Introduction

The compact air handling unit combines closely matched filters, coil and direct-drive fan in a monobloc or two-section casing. Component spacing is optimized to reduce overall length while maintaining coil drainage and filter removal. Integrated controls can manage fan speed, valve output, frost protection and filter alarms. The package suits smaller clean support rooms and retrofit locations where a full modular AHU would occupy excessive plant space.

Key Features

Close-coupled treatment sections reduce plant-room footprint without removing essential service access.

Factory-installed controls simplify fan, coil and frost-protection integration.

Direct-drive fans eliminate belt clearance and reduce maintenance inside the compact casing.

Multiple duct orientations help the unit fit above, beside or behind existing services.

Customer Product Concerns

Compact equipment must save space without compressing filters, drains and service points until maintenance becomes impractical.

A conventional modular AHU is longer than the available mechanical room.Close-coupled components and a direct-drive fan shorten the casing.
Filter removal collides with nearby pipework. The service side and pull direction are selected to match the actual clear zone.
Condensate is drawn off the coil because the fan is too close.A sized separation space and sloped drain pan preserve moisture control.
Field-mounted controls occupy additional wall and wiring space.A unit-mounted controller and sensors centralize the operating package.
