Product Introduction

The mini-pleat medium-efficiency filter folds fine microglass or synthetic media into closely spaced pleats separated by continuous hot-melt beads. This separator-free geometry creates substantially more active area than a conventional pleated panel without adding frame depth. The pack is bonded around its perimeter into a galvanized, plastic or extruded-aluminum frame, so air is directed through the media rather than around its edges. The compact profile suits staged cleanroom air systems where installation depth is restricted but ePM1 particle capture is required ahead of the final HEPA stage.
