Product Introduction

The high-temperature HEPA filter is designed for ovens, dryers and depyrogenation equipment that operate beyond the temperature limits of standard polyurethane-sealed filters. A glass-microfibre pack is formed with aluminium or glass-based separators and secured inside a stainless-steel or composite-ceramic frame using an inorganic or high-temperature silicone sealant. Braided-glass or silicone gaskets accommodate the selected service temperature. Thermal expansion clearances and reinforced faceguards protect the pack during controlled heat-up and cool-down cycles.

Key Features

Mineral media, metal separators and temperature-rated sealants replace thermoplastic components in the hot airstream.

Stainless-steel or composite-ceramic framing remains dimensionally stable through repeated thermal cycles.

Braided-glass and high-temperature silicone gasket choices suit different oven flange arrangements.

Expansion-tolerant pack mounting reduces mechanical stress as the frame and media heat at different rates.

Customer Product Concerns

Standard HEPA components can soften, outgas or lose their perimeter seal when exposed to prolonged high-temperature airflow.

Polyurethane sealant deteriorates during repeated oven cycles. An inorganic or temperature-rated silicone pack seal is selected for the intended continuous and peak temperature.
Different expansion rates distort the media pack as the filter heats.Controlled pack clearance and compliant high-temperature sealing absorb differential thermal movement.
A conventional rubber gasket hardens and leaks at elevated temperature.Braided-glass or high-temperature silicone gasketing maintains a suitable flange interface.
Rapid heating damages a filter even though its nominal temperature rating is adequate. The robust frame and reinforced pack are intended for defined ramp-up and cool-down procedures.
