Product Introduction

The V-bank medium-efficiency filter arranges several hot-melt-spaced mini-pleat packs in a V formation inside a molded ABS or galvanized enclosing frame. Each V opens a broad inlet path and exposes two media faces, greatly increasing surface area without extending the cabinet depth. Molded tracks position the packs precisely, rigid end caps brace the assembly and polyurethane sealant closes every pack-to-frame interface. The result is a robust ePM1 filter suited to high-volume air handlers where conventional panels would require excessive bank area.
