Product Introduction

The Magnesium Oxysulfate Cleanroom Panel uses a cured, chloride-free magnesium cement core between smooth coated-steel skins. Its dense inorganic structure produces a firm panel with good dimensional stability and resistance to ordinary cleanroom humidity. The outer facings provide the wipeable surface, while formed tongue-and-groove edges align adjacent modules and receive hygienic sealant. Closed perimeter profiles protect the core during transport and prevent cleaning liquid from reaching internal material at the panel ends. The construction is well suited to controlled areas that need a robust mineral panel without exposed fibres or a lightweight polymer-foam center.

Key Features

Chloride-free magnesium oxysulfate chemistry reduces the corrosion concerns associated with magnesium oxychloride boards.

A dense cured core gives walls a solid feel and resists local compression during normal handling.

Low water absorption helps the core maintain shape during routine humid service.

Smooth coated-steel facings prevent direct exposure of the inorganic core to cleaning agents.

Machined tongue-and-groove edges speed alignment across continuous wall and ceiling runs.

Customer Product Concerns

Customers commonly compare moisture stability, panel weight, edge durability and surface cleaning performance.

Some magnesium boards absorb moisture and lose dimensional stability.Magnesium oxysulfate chemistry and sealed metal facings limit moisture uptake during normal service.
Dense inorganic panels can be chipped at exposed corners during transport.Protected perimeter profiles and rigid packaging shield vulnerable edges until installation.
Heavy modules are harder to position accurately at full room height.Controlled panel sizes and planned lifting points keep installation safe and joints aligned.
Rough mineral surfaces are unsuitable for frequent cleanroom wiping.Continuous coated-steel skins create the non-porous surface seen by the controlled room.
