Product Introduction

Polyurethane Cleanroom Sandwich Panels are continuously laminated with a rigid PU foam core between two profiled steel skins. The closed-cell material limits air movement inside the core and delivers strong thermal insulation at relatively low panel thickness. Bonded facings create a stiff, lightweight module that is easy to carry and quick to assemble. Precisely formed tongue-and-groove joints reduce thermal leakage at panel edges and accept a continuous hygienic seal. The panel is suited to controlled areas where temperature separation and installation speed are more important than a mineral core.

Key Features

Closed-cell PU foam provides efficient insulation with a compact wall thickness.

Low core density reduces the load on framing and simplifies manual positioning.

Continuous bonding turns the two steel skins and foam center into a rigid composite.

Interlocking edges limit air paths and reduce thermal bridging at panel joints.

Smooth metal surfaces tolerate routine wiping without exposing the insulation.

Customer Product Concerns

Customers mainly evaluate condensation control, joint tightness, surface durability and foam protection around cut-outs.

Poorly sealed joints allow warm humid air to reach a cold panel edge.Interlocking profiles and continuous sealant close the main air-leakage path between modules.
Exposed foam at service openings can absorb damage and create an untidy edge.Factory-finished openings use closed metal or polymer profiles around the entire cut-out.
Thin metal skins can dent during transport despite the rigid foam center.Protective film, corner guards and upright stacking preserve the smooth visible surfaces.
Thermal discontinuities around framing reduce the benefit of the insulated core.Compatible edge geometry and insulated junction details maintain continuity across the enclosure.
