Product Introduction

The mini-pleat ULPA filter uses ultra-fine glass-microfibre media folded into a high-area pack with narrow thermoplastic separators. Precise pleat spacing allows the panel to achieve U15 or U16 class options while remaining shallow enough for cleanroom ceilings and fan filter units. The pack is fully potted into an anodized-aluminium frame, protected by expanded-metal grids and completed with gasket, gel or knife-edge sealing. Its high filtration class and even face velocity suit semiconductor, optics and other ultra-clean manufacturing zones.

Key Features

High-area mini-pleat geometry supports U15 or U16 filtration within a compact terminal-panel depth.

Uniform thermoplastic separators keep narrow airflow channels open across the whole media pack.

An anodized-aluminium frame and sealed corners provide a clean, rigid perimeter for ceiling installation.

Open protective grids shield the delicate ULPA media while preserving even downstream air distribution.

Customer Product Concerns

Ultra-clean processes require filtration beyond normal HEPA classes while maintaining manageable resistance and uniform terminal airflow.

A conventional HEPA filter does not provide the selected U-class particle retention.Ultra-fine microglass media and controlled mini-pleat manufacturing support U15 or U16 configurations.
Very dense media causes uneven velocity across a large terminal face.Precisely spaced pleat channels distribute air through the full filter area instead of concentrating flow paths.
The delicate high-efficiency pack is easily damaged during FFU installation.Protective grids and a rigid extruded-aluminium perimeter shield the pack from handling contact.
A deep filter reduces usable service space above the cleanroom ceiling. The high-area mini-pleat pack fits within common 80–150 mm shallow terminal frames.
