Product Introduction

Electric immersion elements heat water in a stainless cylinder independently of water conductivity. This allows close output modulation and operation on potable, softened or demineralized feed water. Minerals settle toward a lower collection tank during blowdown, while the front service opening exposes the cylinder, heater flange and drain components for routine care.

Key Features

Dedicated resistance elements make steam output largely independent of feed-water conductivity.

A corrosion-resistant stainless cylinder supports potable or low-mineral water service.

A lower scale collector separates settled minerals from the main boiling zone for easier removal.

Proportional power control supports tighter relative-humidity response than coarse on-off boiling.

Customer Product Concerns

Precision humidification needs repeatable modulation while preventing scale from blocking drains or insulating the heater surface.

Low-conductivity treated water will not operate an electrode cylinder reliably.Immersed resistance elements generate heat without using water as the electrical path.
Scale accumulates around heaters and drain ports.Controlled blowdown and a removable lower collector separate and capture mineral solids.
A small RH deviation affects sensitive production or storage.Proportional element control provides fine steam-output adjustment over a broad range.
Heater inspection requires extensive cabinet disassembly. The front service door and flanged bundle expose the complete cylinder and element assembly.
