Product Introduction

The transfer cart encloses materials within a positive filtered-air cabinet mounted on heavy-duty cleanroom casters. A top fan-filter unit supplies downward air through perforated adjustable shelves and exhausts at the lower cabinet level. Gasketed doors reduce room-air entry during movement, while an optional battery or UPS maintains the blower when the cart is disconnected from wall power. The cart protects clean contents; it is not a containment carrier for hazardous materials.

Key Features

Perforated shelves allow filtered air to reach every storage level.

Top-down airflow directs particles toward low exhaust openings rather than across stored parts.

Gasketed doors and compression latches limit unfiltered air entry during transit.

Large non-shedding casters and ergonomic handles support controlled corridor movement.

A battery-status alarm can warn before the fan supply is interrupted.

Customer Product Concerns

Clean materials are vulnerable when they leave one controlled room and pass through a less-controlled corridor or staging area.

Open carts expose parts to corridor particles.A sealed cabinet surrounds the load with downward HEPA-filtered air.
Solid shelves block airflow to lower levels.Perforated adjustable shelves preserve the vertical clean-air path.
The fan stops as soon as wall power is unplugged. An optional onboard battery or UPS supports the transfer interval.
Door gaps admit unfiltered air during movement.Continuous gaskets and compression latches secure each access door.
