Product Introduction

The dual-operator bench extends the filter, diffuser and worktop across two working positions. Each operator receives a dedicated lighting and utility area while the continuous stainless surface supports shared trays or long assemblies. Internal fan balancing keeps the air supply even across the wider span, and a stiffened front beam limits deflection above the opening. The design is for non-hazardous product-protection work requiring coordinated two-person handling.

Key Features

A full-width diffuser avoids a weak central zone between the two operator positions.

Separate utility panels reduce hose and cable crossing over shared work.

The continuous stainless worktop supports long assemblies and coordinated transfers.

Dual lighting sections reduce shadows created by two operators working side by side.

A reinforced front beam maintains sash alignment across the wider cabinet opening.

Customer Product Concerns

A two-person clean bench must preserve uniform airflow across a wide opening while separating utilities and operator movements.

Air velocity drops at the center of a wide work zone.Balanced fan branches and a continuous diffuser distribute supply across both positions.
Cables from two operators cross the shared process area.Left and right service panels keep utilities within each operator's reach zone.
A jointed worktop interrupts long assemblies.A continuous reinforced stainless surface spans the dual working width.
The long sash rail can sag and bind.A stiffened front structure supports accurate sash travel across the full opening.
