Product Introduction

This decontamination shower combines a covered mixing vessel, dosing pump and circulation manifold for repeatable treatment of the exterior of compatible protective suits. The design separates the treatment circuit from the final water rinse and directs used liquid to a designated drain route. Material selection for seals, pump components and pipework is matched to the selected process chemistry.

Key Features

A covered tank and dosing pump reduce open handling of treatment liquid.

Recirculation maintains nozzle pressure during the chosen contact period.

Separate treatment and rinse branches reduce unintended chemical carryover.

Instrument ports allow solution level, temperature or concentration monitoring.

Surrounding spray zones reach the front, back, hood and boot surfaces.

Customer Product Concerns

Chemical suit treatment depends on accurate dilution, full exterior wetting and materials compatible with the selected liquid.

Manual mixing gives inconsistent treatment concentration.A metering pump doses solution into a defined water volume in the covered tank.
Suit folds and rear surfaces receive insufficient contact.Multi-side spray zones operate for the selected dwell time with rotation guidance.
A chosen chemical damages ordinary elastomers or pump materials.Wetted components are selected for the actual treatment chemistry.
Used solution cannot enter a standard sanitary drain.A dedicated trapped outlet can connect to the facility’s controlled effluent route.
