Product Introduction

This isolator encloses powder dispensing inside a welded stainless chamber. Operators work through glove ports, material enters through a transfer airlock or bag interface, and measured powder leaves through a sealed receiving connection. The balance sits on a structurally independent support to reduce blower and floor vibration. Negative chamber pressure and staged filtration keep airborne powder within the system, while empty packaging exits through a separate contained route.

Key Features

A closed glovebox removes the open-front boundary from powder subdivision.

An isolated internal balance slab protects weighing stability.

Dedicated inlet and outlet interfaces separate source and receiving containers.

Negative pressure directs leakage inward toward staged filters.

A continuous liner or bag-out port contains empty packaging and cleaning waste.

Customer Product Concerns

Closed dispensing must preserve accurate weighing while routing source material, product and waste through different contained interfaces.

Fan vibration causes unstable balance readings. An independent balance support passes through the isolator base without sharing the fan frame.
Source and receiving containers cross inside a small chamber.Separate inlet, dispensing and outlet positions create a one-way material sequence.
Empty liners carry residue into the room.A dedicated continuous-liner or bag-out port encloses packaging waste.
Powder remains at sharp internal joints.Welded radiused stainless transitions keep cleaning surfaces accessible.
