Product Introduction

The personnel dust-removal cabinet is designed for workers leaving dusty process areas rather than for standard cleanroom entry alone. Inside the compact enclosure, directional jets loosen powder from workwear while a broad extraction face draws the released material immediately toward staged collection filters. Maintaining negative pressure helps reduce dust escape when the cleaning cycle ends and the door is opened.

Key Features

A full-height extraction face collects dust across the worker's standing height.

Directional jets move contamination toward the extraction side rather than around the cabinet.

Negative pressure helps limit visible dust leakage at the door opening.

Staged collection filters can separate coarse and fine dust loads.

External filter cassettes keep routine service on the dirty side of the cabinet.

Customer Product Concerns

Heavily contaminated workwear needs capture at the moment it is disturbed so that the changing room does not become the dust collection area.

Cleaning jets remove dust but spread it through the cabinet.A broad extraction wall creates a directed airflow path from the jets to the filter bank.
Fine powder escapes when the door opens. The cabinet can maintain negative pressure and continue extraction briefly after the jet cycle.
Small filters clog quickly under industrial dust loading.Large staged collection filters separate coarse material before the finer downstream stage.
Filter change exposes staff to captured dust.Gasketed external cassettes provide access from the service side of the enclosure.
