Product Introduction

The H-Type Cleanroom Panel Connecting Profile joins two sandwich panels edge to edge in the same plane. Its opposed channels locate both panel ends, cover exposed core edges and establish a repeatable joint width. The aluminum section can be used in straight wall runs, ceiling infill and removable service bays where a defined mechanical connection is preferred over a tongue-and-groove-only joint.

Key Features

Twin opposed channels align neighboring panels along a common centerline.

The H-section conceals both cut edges and limits direct exposure of the panel core.

A continuous visible face creates a deliberate architectural joint.

Multiple channel sizes accommodate common cleanroom panel thicknesses.

Straight perimeter lands support controlled sealant application on both sides.

Customer Product Concerns

An in-line panel joint must keep two large panels aligned while protecting their edges and maintaining a sealable interface.

Independent panel ends can step out of plane and create a visible ridge.Opposed channels hold both edges against one shared extruded connector.
Cut sandwich-panel cores remain exposed at butt joints. The H-shaped profile encloses both ends within dedicated receiving channels.
A freehand butt joint varies in width over the height of a wall. The fixed extrusion geometry maintains a consistent center joint from end to end.
Replacing one service panel can disturb the neighboring wall module.A defined connector profile separates the panel interfaces and supports modular removal strategies.
