Product Introduction

The continuous liner system fits beneath an isolator, dust collector, hopper or other discharge point. A long tubular film sleeve is folded onto a grooved stainless canister. Product or waste fills the extended lower section, which is closed with crimps or ties and cut between closures. The remaining liner is then pulled down to form the next bag while the outlet stays covered. Canister diameter, film material and liner length are selected for the product, load and disposal method.

Key Features

A long folded sleeve supports repeated bag changes without uncovering the discharge neck.

Multiple canister grooves secure the active liner and retained bag stub.

Crimp or tie-off tools create two closures before the filled section is cut away.

The liner can attach to rigid isolators, flexible enclosures or dust hoppers.

Different film formulations support antistatic, strength or compatibility needs.

Customer Product Concerns

Each filled bag must be removed without leaving the process outlet or contaminated bag stub exposed to the operator.

Removing one bag exposes the hopper outlet. The continuous sleeve remains over the canister while the filled lower section is cut away.
A single closure can open after cutting. Two crimps or ties create separated closed ends before division.
Film slides from the outlet under load.A multi-groove canister and retaining bands secure the folded liner.
One liner material is unsuitable for every powder.Film chemistry, thickness and antistatic properties are selected for the actual use.
