Cleanroom Lighting and Electrical Equipment
Cleanroom Emergency Light
A sealed emergency luminaire that keeps its battery, charger and test circuitry behind a cleanable room-side enclosure.
- Integrated Backup Battery
- Visible Charge Indicator
- Sealed Test Control
- Automatic Power-Failure Operation
Product Introduction
The emergency light combines efficient LED optics with an internal or remote rechargeable battery and automatic transfer electronics. In normal operation the charger maintains the battery; when the monitored supply fails, the emergency driver powers the dedicated LED section. A small sealed indicator and test point remain visible from the room without adding an open switch aperture.
Key Features
The charge-status indicator is sealed behind a clear window or membrane.
A recessed test button avoids a projecting dirt-catching control.
The battery compartment is separated from the room-facing optical chamber.
Wide-distribution optics spread useful egress light along the floor path.
Customer Product Concerns
Emergency lighting must remain testable and visible while maintaining the smooth sealed surfaces expected inside a cleanroom.
An open test switch creates a recess that traps disinfectant.A sealed membrane or recessed protected button keeps the control wipeable.
Battery heat and service access disturb the lens cavity.A separate battery compartment isolates electrical maintenance from the optic.
A narrow beam leaves the floor route unevenly lit.Wide-distribution LED optics direct emergency output across the egress path.
Staff cannot tell whether the charger is active.A distinct low-intensity status indicator confirms normal charging condition.
