Product Introduction

Cleanroom conduit encloses conductors inside stainless or coated metal tube and connects each section with compression or threaded fittings. Low-profile clips hold the route away from walls only where cleaning access is required, while sanitary escutcheons or bulkhead fittings close penetrations through cleanroom panels. Swept bends preserve cable pulling radius without open junctions.

Key Features

The closed tube protects cables and removes loose bundles from the cleaning surface.

Compression or threaded couplings maintain continuity through each straight joint.

Swept bends reduce pulling stress on control and power conductors.

Smooth support clips avoid deep saddles and exposed sharp threads.

Sealed bulkhead fittings close the wall around each conduit penetration.

Customer Product Concerns

An exposed cable route must remain enclosed and continuous through bends, supports and panel penetrations, not only along the straight tube.

Loose cables sag and create irregular surfaces above equipment.Rigid conduit maintains a defined enclosed route.
Ordinary set-screw couplings leave open seams.Compression or threaded sealed fittings close the tube joint.
Tight elbows damage data cable during pulling.Large-radius swept bends preserve the conductor bend requirement.
A conduit hole bypasses the cleanroom wall seal.A gasketed bulkhead fitting clamps both sides of the panel penetration.
