Product Introduction

The stainless steel tray provides an open, inspectable container for instruments, small process parts and weighed materials inside controlled environments. Its Type 316L sheet is deep drawn into a single body without welded corner seams. A rolled perimeter rim stiffens the opening and presents a smooth handling edge, while broad internal radii allow wiping from the base into each wall. The standard 535 × 330 × 95 mm format offers a useful deep-tray capacity without becoming difficult to lift or stage on a trolley shelf.

Key Features

A one-piece deep-drawn body removes welded seams from the product-contact cavity.

Broad base-to-wall radii let wipes follow the entire internal contour without sharp corner stops.

The rolled perimeter rim adds rigidity and provides a comfortable gloved handling edge.

A polished 316L finish supports visual inspection and straightforward residue removal.

Customer Product Concerns

An open process tray must combine cleanable geometry, adequate wall depth and handling stiffness without creating hidden seams around the product-contact surface.

Residue remains in square internal corners after routine wiping.Continuous radii blend the tray base into all four walls.
A thin tray lip flexes when the loaded vessel is lifted with gloved hands. The rolled stainless rim reinforces the opening along its complete perimeter.
Weld discoloration and corner seams complicate visual cleanliness checks. The one-piece deep-drawn 316L body has no welded product-contact corners.
Shallow pans allow small parts to escape during internal transport.A 95 mm wall depth contains components while preserving open access from above.
