Product Introduction

Stainless steel drain piping provides a light, corrosion-resistant alternative to heavy cast drainage systems in controlled facilities. Straight tubes, bends, branches, reducers and cleanouts use factory-formed spigots and sockets, allowing rapid assembly with limited hot work. Material grade and elastomer selection can be matched to the conveyed waste, cleaning chemistry and operating temperature.

Key Features

Thin-wall stainless construction combines mechanical strength with lower installed weight.

Smooth internal surfaces limit residue retention and support predictable drainage flow.

Push-fit sockets use replaceable elastomer seals and allow fittings to be dismantled for alteration.

A coordinated range of branches, bends and reducers supports prefabricated utility layouts.

Customer Product Concerns

Controlled facilities need drain pipework that resists cleaning chemicals, fits congested service zones and can be assembled without unnecessary contamination-producing site work.

Conventional drainage materials may corrode or shed surface material under repeated chemical cleaning.304 or 316L stainless tube provides a durable, cleanable exposed and internal surface.
Welding every fitting increases installation time and hot-work controls.Factory-formed push-fit sockets connect straight pipe and fittings with replaceable seals.
Incorrect elastomers can swell or lose sealing performance in chemical waste service.EPDM, NBR or FKM seals are selected to suit the expected liquid and temperature range.
Congested ceiling and service zones require frequent changes of direction and diameter.Matched bends, branches, reducers and cleanouts support compact prefabricated routing.
